Things You'll Need
• White vinegar
• Cotton balls
• Gram flour
• Tumeric powder
• Lemon juice
• Milk cream
• Virgin olive oil
• Granulated sugar
1. White Vinegar
o 1 Mix 1 tbsp. of white vinegar with 1 tbsp. of water.
o 2 Apply the solution evenly to the top of the foot with a cotton ball.
o 3 Allow solution to remain on foot for 10 minutes.
o 4 Rinse off with cold water.
o 5 Repeat treatment daily for faster results.
2. Gram Flour
o 1 Mix 2 tbsp. of gram flour with 1 tsp. of turmeric powder.
o 2 Add a few drops of lemon juice and milk cream to the mixture and stir.
o 3 Apply the paste to the top of the foot with a cotton ball.
o 4 Allow the paste to dry. This can take anywhere from 5 minutes to 15 minutes.
o 5 Scrub off dry paste with a damp washcloth.
o 6 Rinse skin clean in lukewarm water.
o 7 Repeat this treatment weekly if desired.
3. Olive Oil and Sugar
o 1 Mix 1 tbsp. of pure virgin olive oil with 1 tbsp. of granulated sugar.
o 2 Apply solution to dark spots on the feet with a cotton ball. Use a firm, circular motion when applying solution.
o 3 Allow the mixture to remain on the foot for 3 minutes.
o 4 Rinse off the paste thoroughly with lukewarm water.
o 5 Repeat treatment daily if desired.
